The provincial governor, the president of provincial administrative organization, Thailand’s actor, and Ex-deputy Miss Thailand World will join in welcoming Buddhists on the world celebration ceremony, VESAK Day 2010.
April 29th, 2010. The writer and VESAK 2010 organizing team went to
1. To invite the Buddhists monk dean province of Ayutthaya and the Ayutthaya provincial governor together with the president of provincial administrative organization (Mr. Somsong) , Mr. Sorapong Chatri, Ex- Deputy Miss Thailand World, and Ayutthaya people for taking photographs which used as media in public relation to join in welcoming all Buddhists around the world (about 1650 persons) who is coming to the province on 23rd – 25th May 2010.
2. To present the informing agenda to the monthly meeting of government sectors in Ayutthaya province, which Ayutthaya provincial governor being as chairperson. The organizing of the event “the world celebration ceremony, Vesakha Maha Bucha day at World Heritage City” had been informed to administrative government officer including Ayutthaya provincial governor, Deputy-provincial governor, assistant district officer, sheriff, officers in Provincial Buddhism Office and Provincial Cultural Office, etc. in the meeting. The purpose of the informing is to let all units in the province know and be a host of the event together.
On May 12th , 2010 at 13:30 pm, The provincial governor, Mr. Vidhaya Pewpong and Phra Dharmakosajarn, Rector of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University and a chairman of international activities organizing committee, invite all parties including Municipal President, president of provincial administrative organization, president of sub-district administrative organization, sheriff, electrical officer, Provincial Buddhism Office and Provincial Cultural Office, Provincial tourism office , Education agencies , hotels, Buddhist monk provincial dean, provincial vice dean, and private district etc. to discuss ways to prepare the event “the world celebration ceremony, Vesakha Maha Bucha day at World Heritage City”

Mr. Vidhaya Pewpong, the provincial governor, Mrs. Somsong Phanjaroenvorakul, president of provincial administrative organization, Mr. Sorapong chatri (Actor of Thailand), Ex- Deputy Miss Thailand World and Ayutthaya people took a photograph together. The pictures will be used in public relation in Ayutthaya province soon for people to recognize and to be jointly host for welcoming Buddhists from around the world.
