We at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University are looking forward to your arrival. In order to ensure a pleasant stay, please take note of the following reminders.
- Please arrive on May 22.
- We are reimbursing your economic air travel costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover travel taxes and additional fees. Please provide us with a copy of your air ticket and the original receipt. Refunds will be made on May 23-25 at the hotels. All refunds will be in U.S. dollars. We will inform you of the fixed exchange rate on May 22.
- Please e-mail us a scanned copy of your passport, air ticket and the receipt, and a photograph. Please fill out Forms A and B. A representative from the organizational committee will meet you at Gate 3 of the Suvarnabhumi (Bangkok) airport.
- Accommodation will be provided from May 22 – 25, 2010. To know more about the conference hotels, you can visit http://www.icundv.com/vesak2010/node/34.
- Upon your arrival at the hotel, kindly hand Form ‘C’ (attached to the invitation letters we have sent out)to our volunteer at the Registration Counter who shall then give you your room key as well as the celebration materials.
- The hotel is twenty minutes away from the conference venue. Buses will be provided.
- Meals will be provided throughout the event.
